I have upgraded by Studio 1735 from Windows 7 Ultimate (with DigitalPersona 5.3) to Windows 8 Pro.The driver for the Authentec AES2810 fingerprint reader is present in Device Manager (and the device works e.g. With Authentec TrueSuite Starter Edition).I have installed DigitalPersona 6.2.1.309a (from I got the link to), it runs fine. But says it cannot detect the fingerprint reader.Installing the Dell R207052 driver I had under Windows 7 doesn't help - and Windows 8 upgrades the driver to the latest version anyway.Any clue?
