I had the same issue and it turns out I needed to set it up as a new device. Have you tried that? Just go to 'Account Settings' and select 'New Device'. Then tap 'Alta HR' and follow the prompts.You may want to go into your Bluetooth settings and unpair the Alta HR from your Bluetooth.

Then go back into your Bluetooth and repair it. Mine for hung up when I had to set it up as a new device, but once I unpaired and repaired it to my Bluetooth, it was smooth sailing. You may want to do the same before you start the setup process outlined above., are there other Bluetooth enabled devices nearby? You may need to turn them off or move them during the setup process. I found that out when I got my Alta HR when my Flex 1 died.

I have found it on Bluetooth, removed and then reconnected all ok from Atom and now the proper name appears Altra Hr but still no synching since I bought it.really disappointed as what is the point of it if you cannot track the information? Someone said recently on here to go to accounts and then new device and add it again.but in my accounts there is no option to add new device?? Am I missing something?? Any help to get this watch paired would be really helpful.Thanks Hotrod.
